Question for Indirect Agents
Has anyone been able to order any Voyagers since the initial release? We keep being told they will be available at random times every day but have yet to be able to order any and I noticed today that the Voyager is not even in WOW anymore. Have we just totally missed it by getting wrong info from our account managers or have they really not been available since the release? I know that no other indirects in our city has ordered any but of course corp has had some (very few) in and I think they have more coming today, but I'm not sure about that. I hope it's not just us and the ball has been dropped...

Same here. It's just hard to get them. I heard the next shipment won't be until mid December and that one should have enough for all of us.

It sounds like very few indirects ever got any Voyagers, in fact I was told that not a single agent in the Midwest area was able to order any. They have come available twice that I know of and each time the WOW website was so overloaded with traffic that it was slow and I got logged out a couple times. The best I did was get some in my "cart", but by the time I got the address selected and tried to go to the next step they were sold out. I contacted our LG rep and I just got a corporate politician-type answer. This is a joke, because they hype up the phone so much, but I think that they are holding them all for online sales and a few for the direct stores. Just keep it in mind, and add it to your list, Im sure that some agent will file a class action against Verizon for us continuesly getting screwed for years now.

Our owner logged on to order some when they were first released and he said they were gone in the first 2 minutes. We are getting some hopefully tomorrow but we only got a total of like 15 to split between our 6 locations. We are located in the midwest, but I have no idea how we were able to get our hands on any, because from what I understand they are in very limited supply for agents.
