Verizon using the Sprint Network?
Dose anyone know if you can force a Verizon phone to use the Sprint PCS (1900) network? Say you have a weak signal where you live but a friend has a strong PCS signal could you make your phone use the 1900 band instead of the 800.
If this is possible would Vernon charge you because you would be roaming on another network?

Sorry about the spelling...

vzw does has some pcs area for use,you can not force your phone to roam in a area vzw does not have a agreement with.
...
Um, yes you can. Switch you're phone to system "A" and I will force your phone to another carrier. You can't however guarantee its Sprint. Also this is roaming and thus charged $.69.

This would depend on where you are as VZW is the A-Side carrier in many areas.

This can be done...depending on your phone, and where you live. Of course roaming agreements need to be in place so you're not charged. You'll need to force your phone to be on PCS only, in turn you'll have to live in an area where vzw is 800 mhz.

that absolutely will not work, unless your cloning a phone, then you violating federal laws and bubba will be someones new friend
