Horrible service and the possibility that they may cut you off.

It sucked and I even tried a different ATT phone and it still sucked. Are you happy?

about he cutting serivice. if you call in to CS to much they let you go from your contract, then wouldnt that cause more complients to CS for Sprint. I love Verizon, after having at&t and sprint its the best!

Yeah, a little bit. But only because you bragged and threw it everyone's face so much. You only got yourself ta blame. 😁

Anyways, you learned something... the network matters. Durr.

Btw, I used to have Sprint... they're, meh, 'okay'. Outdoors reception was adequate, but indoors they kinda sucked. The freq Sprint uses doesn't penetrate walls too well.

Of course, I'm in Cali, things might be a bit better where you are. Give 'em the 30 day try-out, see if they're as good as Verizon where you live.

Fair enough at least verizon was cool enough not to charge me the ETF, and the ATT store did not charge me a restocking fee so lesson learned I guess.

The absolutely horrible customer service. I've been trying since July 2 to return the phone I bought through telesales. I've been hung up on 2x and everytime I call I get a different answer.

The service seemed ok the few days I used it with the Sanyo 8400...but customer service made me regret everything.

Platypus,
Most responses are going to be biased answers in this forum (not all). Look, there's only one way to find out. Try it out, you have 30 days. I don't know if you've read my response to your post, but there is a link I'd like you to see.

Platypus, pick something that benefits you, your phone satisfaction, and possibly your pocket.

Who are the majority of your minutes going to? What do you intend to do with your phone?(data, text, call, etc.)

I personally would chose CDMA over GSM any day, but hey that's just me.

All I can say is, don't knock it till you try it. Cheers.

MidnightDT, In my area Sprint works great. To be honest with you, I just had a VZW employee get service under her daughters account because her VZW service doesn't work inside their home.
She works in the switch, and is porting her Virgin Mobile number to Sprint. She also came in with one of her co-workers and helped her pick a phone. He recommended the Moto KRAZR, and I recommended the LG Musiq.
She got the Musiq.
I just recommended to try the service.

It's an MVNO of Sprint. Yeah, same network, I guess she's tired of pre-paid.
