Bye bye VZW. Hello SPRINT!!

Wow...Sprint is so much better than VZW.

At VZW i had the following phones: MOTO KRZR, MOTO e815, LG 8100, Samsung u540.

1. E815 - AWESOME PHONE!!! Best VZW phone of all time in my opinion. I love the speed and quality of Motorola UI. Battery life lasts forever and call quality is better than any VZW phone.

2. 8100 - WORST PHONE EVER!!! Speakers blew. Front screen went white. 2 keys stopped working. Bluetooth is choppy. Battery life sucks. VZW UI sucks. Signal bad.

3. u540 - BAD BAD Battery life. Gotta charge it half way through the day. Annoying speaker phone cuz u gotta reset it every time u use it. Bluetooth choppy. Signal is good though. VZW UI sucks once again. Samsung UI on Sprint and AT&T is bad ass. Too bad :/

So yeah...

Actually, Sprint is kinda like your uncle Louie, who borrows your car, then wrecks it, and winds up getting it repainted and fixed better than new, so you wind up better off than before, although you had to do without your ride for several days in the process. 😁 đŸ¤Ŗ 😁

Great! 😁 I'm actually beginning to enjoy these debates on PS better, because now, it seems there are more intelligent, articulate, and informed folks on here putting forth what they think rather than just saying "you suck", or "you're lying".

Anyway, don't work toooo hard today. I guess since everybody's changing their name, I'll have to change my gravatar too! ☚ī¸

Meh. I was on Sprint's network for awhile. The indoors reception was pretty bad, mainly because the freq Sprint uses (1900 MHz) doesn't penetrate buildings well.

Outdoors they were more or less okay, but indoors... bleh. đŸ˜ĸ

VZW has been a lot better for me. I don't regret leaving Sprint.

Yeah... I think building walls are like Sprint's mortal enemy. Kinda like what Lex Luthor is to Superman.

Sprint breaks up with high-maintenance customers
Posted by Marguerite Reardon
The squeaky wheel doesn't always get the grease.

At least not if the squeaky wheel is a Sprint Nextel customer. On June 29, 2007, Sprint sent letters notifying some customers that their service would be canceled by the end of July due to excessive calls to customer service.

"Our records indicate that over the past year, we have received frequent calls from you regarding your billing or other general account information," the letter reads. "While we have worked to resolve your issues and questions to the best of our ability, the number of inquiries you have made to us during this time has led us to determine that we are unable to ...

Wow... what a policy. Instead of fixing Sprint's sh*** customer service, just get rid of the customers who use it a lot? Hilarous. đŸ˜ŗ

Sprint must be getting pretty desperate.

And a 2.7 percent churn rate is horrible... makes even ATT and T-Mobile look good in comparison.

A got used to Sprint giving the farm away to them every month "I want Credit!!!!"

B crazy

C had a legitimate issue that Sprint CS failed to fix over and over and over again.

So.... the other carrier's out their are going to get these guys. Luckily... Verizon is strick on Credit Checks when compared to Sprint, so hopefully it will weed out the A and B's

right, maybe my summary was a little over the top, but in the same note your explanation is really toned down. You may not say it right out, but It is pretty clear and almost every post you make in the verizon forum is based on that view, not to say you don't make some good points here and there, there are things I wish Verizon would change as well, but you yourself often repeat the summary of your own opinion in here....it is inevitable for us all

CDMA Moto KRZR is great on Sprint. Just not VZW. VZW strips the Moto software and loads their crappy VZW software and that makes MOTOS on VZW crap. Did you know VZW created their VZW software on LG's? So basically an LG based VZW software is a load of crap on a MOTO phone.

Alltel's, Sprint's, and Cricket's MOTO KRZRs are great! Fast navigation. Double the battery life. Great bluetooth connection.

Not sure where you get the 'double battery life' thing from. If you go to Sprint's site, they claim 3.5 hours talk time for their KRZR, which is actually less than what Verizon lists for the KRZR on the VZW site.

If you go to Alltel's site, they claim 250 minutes (4.17 hrs) talk time and ...

CNET: Sprint Drops Users for Frequent Calls to Customer Service
CNET reported that Sprint Nextel is terminating contracts of subscribers accused of calling customer service too frequently. On June 29, Sprint sent letters notifying some users that their service would be canceled by the end of July due to excessive calls to the service line. Sprint spokeswoman Roni Singleton confirmed that the letters were sent, adding that only a "small minority" of users were affected. Singleton said that Sprint reserves the right in its terms of use to end contracts for any reason. CNET added that one letter recipient wrote on the Sprint users' message board that her calls to Sprint were for the company's billing errors, and that many of her calls resulted...

Notice his post 10 mins before this one where he is still asking people about the sprint KRZR.. so while he is still desiding if he wants it and asking sprint people about it he is posting here that he already has it and comments on the battery life..

His whole post is BS, he knows almost nothing about the phones he is commenting on and then posts a flat out lie about sprint phones..

got to love these "special" people that work for sprint, no wonder they are losing so many customers.
