actually, back in 05. I have friends in chicago area that has Cingular and their calls get interrupted all the time. I am just adding my 2 cents from my personal experience just like you are adding your 1 cent. 😉

I'm in Chicago and have friends with Cingular..they get dropped calls and have poor quality sound. My friends with Verizon have no problems, crystal clear.

It probably won't have the Prada name if/when it reaches the US, and reaches (hopefully) Verizon. They will switch it around some. But you have to admit, it is an awesome looking phone!

The thing that sucks is the Verizon LG KS20 won't have the Prada UI but will have Windows Mobile 6 instead.

LG has a long way to go to earn the trust of a touch sensitive market. We all saw how well the Chocolate's turned out, and it was only touch buttons.....this time they're talkin full out screen. They better be sure they have it all lined out this time, because not only will they be carrying the LG brand, and whatever service carrier it's through, but Prada's as well. And Prada don't make no junk!

I would switch in a second for numerous reasons for the Iphone..
- Almost all the features I am looking for
- Great Form Factor
- Only phone that has an MP3 player worth anything (I have countless acc tunes)
- Great price on service plans. Will pay for the phone in no time
- Great screen
-ATT service is not bad in my area
- I love my macbook and ipod and hoping ipod will be as good as those two.
But...
- In contract
- NO 3G! Great web browser but what to do with it?
- May or may not have exchange push support (deal killer for me)
If in 1 year when my contract is up on my Q and they have a version 2 that is 3g and has exchange push. I will kiss verizon good bye.
Here's to hoping verizon finds something that will compet...
