Identity Standards

So... all us indirects are now Authorized Retailers instead of Authorized Agents or Service Providers for sub-agents. What do you all think of that?

I believe I got an email a few days ago. I saw something posted in InfoCenter as yesterday and it's also on the ACB Coop site when you first log in. You actually have to read the new identity standards to see it.

Maybe it's only in the midwest? I believe you have to be logged in as Owner on InfoCenter to see it.

We're in Michigan and we received the same notice.
It's seems like the lawyers are involved in this. Agent implies a closer relationship with Verizon and acting on their behalf. So now there appears to be more separation, legally speaking, from VZW.
In other words, we are all lumped together with Best Buy and Wall-Mart without any of their buying pwer.
