The post I'm talking about was the first response to this thread. It was not a topical thread. Someone had to hijack it in order to become topical.

bro, dont take things so seriously, the reason that I posted this in this forum, is that the people that this tread is driected to primarly post in this forum, if I had posted this in the lounge then most people that I intended this for would not have seen it. 🙂

can we get back to pressing the issue...? how CDMA will improve their PDA lineup...along with their Touchscreen Smartphone line up...? Can we get some credibility with these iphone killer rumors...e.g. "motorola M"? "US version Pradaless KS20" or the elusive "UMPC/PDA Wimax THIN Palm TREO" or the "US version Samsung f-700" or the "CDMA HTC Elf" anybody...? anything...? Lets press the issue (maurice chavez)

Nobody's got any info man! I wish cdma would get their act together and catch up with gsm...but as well all know "gsm is the world technology" so they will always be ahead in terms of technology.

Iphone should be out soon and I think some manufacturers are waiting for it to drop so they can see how it performs in the marketplace. I still think there is a huge disconnect between their target market (smart phone users) and the people who actually seem to want the iphone--teenagers and young adults. Business users are going to gravitate towards a windows mobile device or a blackberry, I don't think the iphone will lure them.

June should be a very interesting month

I think the CDMA veterans are playing to way to cool...sitting on the back burner waiting for the iphone to flop basically...re-invent it with better specs...right now their pulling a "microsoft" when the ipod came out...and look now...zune sold its millionth...but ipod is on its 100 millionth sale...I just hope they dont wait to long...and yes its not marketed to businesses since the 8830 the i760 and the 6800 will cover that end...but in the smartphone category they really have nothing that competes now...from both giants sprint and verizion..

yeah...the zune will never touch ipod, microsoft might as well give up. Apple will dominate the MP3 market for years to come...

As far as an iphone killa goes, I really don't think CDMA carriers are sweating it. I mean honestly...how many people are actually going to port out to get it? Not many and at $500-600 only a very small portion of the market can even afford the damn thing.

The iphone is an innovative marvel and prolly the best part about the phone is that it has pushed other manufacturers to produce new and innovative products. The iphone's spec's are pretty cool, not spectacular, but cool...but it's influence on the cell industry is going to be immeasurable!

I am so freaking sick of Wally World. Customer comes in with Bluetooth. They just bought it over at Walmart. 10 bucks to pair. 10 bucks to train on how to use.

Customer comes in. Walmart has a 1 gig for 24.99 you want 29.99 so I bought this there. Now, how do I format...move music...etc. Me, 10 bucks to format...10 bucks to train.

I am done with Walmart. Why is it that people expect cheap prices from Walmart with the understanding of zero service, but yet they hold me to a much higher standard but won't pay a dime for it? So I have now quit playing. Fees if you don't buy it from me...all that included if you do. By the way customer, what is their return policy? LOL

I am still going to hit about 275 this month...off from 310 last month though. But still up from last year. Of course Saturday I did 19 and today we did 12...so it has gradually picked up sales wise as the month has went along.

Hey, said something about Walmart. People that work there come to me for stuff like ESN changes since they are NOT allowed to even do an ESN change at their own stand. This girl comes in Friday and upgrades her phone. (we beat them on upgrade pricing) She says, "wow, we have been busy. We did 25 phones last month." Me...yeah, we do that in one day sometimes. LOL

Although that is still 25 that should be mine!

I wish I did your numbers. We are in a small town and it's hard to get 30 a month! Good news is it's picked up the last several day. I've been swamped.
