EasyPay phone swap question.
Hi guys, i have an easypay account and wanted to know if i buy a verizon phone off ebay and given that the esn is valid, will i be able to do a simple esn change over the phone or do i have to go to the store? Thanks, i'm not savvy on verizon's policies yet so sorry for the dumb question.

My phone keeps freezing up, if i take it to a store will they replace it? if so will they charge me a fee or make me pay full retail for a new one, thanks for reading.
