VZW Pricing for Treo 700p
Okay, I am unsure about the pricing of this phone im looking at. I have a new every two coming up ($100 buck not $50) and I am on a family share plan. I am the primary number on the account. So, I want to get the Treo 700p. I plan on getting the phone over the net via vzw.com. The pricing math is below:
2-yr contract
2-yr contract price $499.99
Online Discount -100.00
Your Price $399.99
okay, minus a $150 mail-in rebate.
Then minus $100 from the New every two deal.
It will eventually turn out to be $150 after rebates and discounts and offers and other crap like that.
But when I return to the main "Smartphone" page I see at the top of the screen:

The $150 rebate is for if you get a data plan. If you do get the data plan, and then take it off they will charge your account back the $150. You have to keep it on for at least 3 months.
And I think that you only get the online discount if you get a data plan. That's the way it was with my Samsung i730.
