I want a new phone, but want to buy it within 15 days of any upcoming (Not current) plans that will come out.
Specifically, I want to pick up the 9900, but have the option of trading it in on the 7000 within 15 days.

No, they are here through the month of October... the new plans and or promotions, are going to occur around the first few weeks of November, as it will start gearing around the holiday season and other such perks. Though some plans may appear, most will remain... just different promotions. Happy Hunting...

New handset promotions are probably coming for the holidays, rate plans WILL NOT change before the end of the year, this is per my indirect rep that usually gives me a heads-up on new programs.

I concur! Plans are fixed through the holidays, phone pricing, as always, goes by rebates, which currently end on the 31st, next batch will be alrger dollar ammount and be from 11/01 through 12/31...

Which is why they don't tell us till the day it changes... We're not dumb though, and those of us who've seen more than one christmas with VZW know how they "hiccup" the rebates in october...
