I have used it with the 9400 in Orlando while I was there for the weekend. It worked great. The picture was amazing and clear. While I was inside I just had to put the antenna up to get the signal, but while outside it doesn't have to be up. Switching channels was quick. The sound quality was great as well.

the u620 is an awesome phone overall. it's small and compact. but the screen isn't all that great.
the 9400 is also awesome. big 2.5 inch lcd screen, the speaker is good. a little bigger than the u620. but picture come out crystal clear with the camera and big screen. the 9400 also has available a cool holster that will sit up like a tri pod tv stand on your desk so you can watch tv without holding it.
for both phones usually indoors you'll have to put the antenna up, but outdoors is not a problem. the service is great though.
