Yes it is, but sprint will have an exlusive contract for a while like the 700wx, like verizon had with the 700w and 700p

yeah i just got a 650p and I really enjoy it...would love to get the 755p, it would be a nice upgrade for me personally...some people are already complaining that the 755p is not enough of an upgrade over the 700p...people are never happy..lol!

there may be firmware updates and if it runs smoother then you will have a better looking, more functional device...i would say that this phone is more than just a 700p w/o an antenna

I just told you in my previous message...if they fix software issues that plagued the 700p, many will see this as an upgrade.

Also, like I said in my original comment. I have a 650, so the 755p would be a noticeable upgrade for me and all other users of the 660 platform

--lighter, more ergonomic form factor
--more intuitive button layout
--EVDO capable
--better screen resolution
--possibly microsoft email exchange (not sure if it has this or not)

So while YOU might not find it to be a big deal...for some, its a welcome new addition.

anything is not an upgrade to a 650...for me personally, the 650 was a better fit for me right now...And yes the 700p and 755p are very similar, but some people might value the limited changes more than others...Its all personal preferences. yes, I would like to see more changes in the 755p, but for me, the phone will be a nice upgrade and I am content with what the phone has to offer.

You also have to look at price. If the price of the 755p is either lower or about the same as the 700p I would consider the phone a good value despite its lack of huge changes...now, if they try to charge a premium price for a phone with few upgrades, we might have a problem...

Yeah, the phones are similar, but like I said before, a lot of people w...
