how to backup contact on treo

my friend has a treo 700p and wants to backup her contact. she sais that she doesn't see GET IT NOW. i used GET IT NOW to install the backup assiatnt on my samsung 950 and it worked great.
how does she backup on the treo?

You use HotSync and transfer your contacts to Outlook.

Yeah, just sync it with outlook. you'll be fine with that.
