๐Ÿคจ Hmmmm seems it will be happening. Im really curious on how much money this truly cost Sprint/Nextell? I cant imagine VZW doing this. Especially with the amount of customers we have, who live off network. I guess well see. ๐Ÿ‘€

Given the fact that VZW's OWNED-Network is far larger than Sprint's, the issue is far less important to them. I agree that VZW will likely not do this. Although they RIGOROUSLY enforce this issue when the roaming in quesion is international, such as Canada or Mexico. That happens a lot and those cats get dropped like a hot potato.

Verizon's home network is actually not that much bigger than Sprint's/=. Plus, Sprint has a much bigger EVDO data network, which also has more Rev. A areas than Verizon does.

I have Verizon, and like Verizon. I also like Sprint.

I am nobody's fanboy.

Sprint has ALWAYS reserved the right to cancel an account for excessive roaming, I have just never ever seen it happen. I will believe this article when I see it, until then it's BS.
