I have read a lot of negative stuff about Helio posted by folks who don't even have the service. If you have never tried them out then how would you know? They have a 30 day Happiness Guarantee so you can try the service and see for yourself. I haven't had any problems with them. To those that come here and post your bad experiences, don't discourage anyone from trying Helio just because YOU probably got your phone from a shady dealer and then got shafted. I purchased my phone from a corporate Helio kiosk where I live and they have been awesome to me. You can have a bad experience with any wireless carrier. I guess people choose to bad mouth Helio because they are a new company. Tisk tisk... 🙄
