neither of them knows what they do, i have been transfered 8 times between the 2 to re-activate my account. and im eing told the ETF was being waived, but i was out of contract when it got cancelled for non-pay

well, assuming that you are talking about your DEMO account... You should have just went straight to your AAE who is the only one that can work on your account. (based on your past posts I gathered you are an agent...)
If it was a consumer account: you would have just spkn to FS who wld have sent a ticket over to have REI (can take 24-48hrs).
you will have to pay a $35.00 Reactivation fee and prorates + full month ahead.
may this restore any inkling of faith you have for us reps. 🙄

I dont have a DEMO plan, i need regional coverage. I had already paid for everything in advance, including the $35. But i did not want my account restored until the day of the next billing cycle to save that $35 in the monthly charge. i called to re-activate 10 days early though because my account was actually cancelled, and i didnt want my number to go into aging. It took 8 transfers back and forth for someone to actually restore it.

"we are the department that can suspend but your account isnt active let me transfer you"

"we are the department that cancels let me transfer you"

"i cant restore service here let me transfer you"

The only department that can restore service on a cancelled account for non-payment is Financial Services Resolutions, which you can be transfered to that department on the phone. If that happens again, just call 888-939-3900 and asked to be transferred to FS Resolutions. Sorry this happened, guess thats why USCC SUXS
