So yeah, I am eligible to get a new phone and I was the 8100, this site says it is tentative for a US cell release, I tried asking USCELL themselves if it was to ever appear and they said they knew nothing. So yeah, is it going to come out? or am i going to have to find another phone that is equal to the 8100... let me know please

The network needs to be upgraded from the simple 1xrtt to EV-DO for data transfer before this phone will be released with USCC. Its being worked on now, but its looking like probably mid summer before anything will be remotely ready. After that, with testing and such, I'm guessing a Xmas launch, but could be way off on that.

Regardless, I'm hoping for that phone myself, but if I've got to wait till late 2006, something better may come out by then.

I've been using Motos for over 10 years and never had any problems. I've seen more problems with other brands. So for you to say that they are bad is your opinion. It's a per person problem. If anybody has been a long term user of anything you will know that every brand has their ups and downs. It's how things work, there are no perfect phones out there. Just ask anybody.

You are correct. I've had fewer problems ( and better reception ) with Motorola than any other brand. By far.
