Which Nokia? The 6255i? Too late. More intrigued now by the Moto Razr and Moto V323.

I work for the company. it should be in stores the first week. Trust me, we want to have it too. Its caused more trouble than we like. They keep telling us one thing, then doing another but this is the first true date that we've seen. They always said the end of this and the first of that, but they told us an actuall date, so it might actually happen.

Just called the local USC - was told that the 6255i was pushed back 2 or 3 more weeks as of 11/1/05. Didn't know why.

With all this testing it's going through, by the time it comes out it better be able to have full signal when encased in 9 cubic feet of LEAD!

it hasn't been through a lot of testing, less than half of that wait period was testing, the rest was someone getting information way too soon and too many others bitching about it like its the best thing since sliced bread. to quote public enemy..... do-don-don't-don't dont believe the hype.

One week you're quoting Hamlet, the next Public Enemy.

I do have to agree though, I think it will be a good phone but I think that many people will be disappointed simply because of all the attention the phone has received.

The Nokia is outdated even before USCC releases it lol. If you want a good phone here are 3 tips.

1). V323

2). Razr

3). Alejandro doesn't have a clue about anything.

1.2) V323 - Less features overall, no BT, mp3 player, expandable memory.

2.2) Razr - CDMA version on it's way but I have broke two of these in my pocket, I dislike them a lot (personal preference)

The only problem with this list, is that the phones you list are Motocrapola phones and they SUCK.

i think you all need to chill out.

and as for wah wah wah...the phone was NEVER released. once the phone is ready the phone is ready.

everyone here thinks they know what they are talking about all the time. they hear some rumor from someone else who made something up in their store or a call center and think that it is the truth. why don't we just wait until we get an email saying that the phone will be shipped.

i had Jay Ellison in my store and we asked him when different phones were coming out and he didn't know for sure. so if the guy that visits the manufactures plants overseas doesn't know a release date then no one knows not even the nokia rep that someone probably lied about talking to. i am sorry to be so blunt abou...

Josie,
Was it or was it not on the web for a few days? If not, then I stand corrected. If it was then you stand corrected, which I have no trouble believing will not be the first time. And yes you are being a jerk about it.

i am being a jerk cause there are so many people lieing on these forums. the nokia was never released, it would have gone out company wide or not at all they would not release this phone any differently that any other phone.

Then I stand corrected. But I really do still think the No-go Nokia ws on the web for a few days, but I will take your word for it.

There is a high level of frustration on the board from both sides. But you have to admit when customers are saying they want to buy and there is nothing to buy it is an issue.

If the Nokia is not going to work then stop testing and move on, but don't keep trying and wasting time and money. They need to forget Nokia and go to other co.'s.

Just Say NO-kia

They only problem is that they're both Motocrapola phones and they have absolutely no idea how to design a phone interface. I'm still waiting on the nokia. Unless they have an LG in the works that will match it with bluetooth and everything else.
