My contract is up this month. I like my plan, am not changing my phones. But I have a question;
What happens on my contract?
Is it month to month? Left open, renews automatically?

It goes month to month. It does not "renew automatically" for another two years.
The advantage you have is that you can bail on US Cellular without a penalty, any time you please. This assumes you like your present phone and don't have "phone envy" for something that has come out since you got yours.
