U.S. Cellular employees and agents posting to phonescoop.com
I use phonescoop.com to learn about new phones and get information about competitors phones to help in the selling process. I am disappointed to see how many posts there are from what appear to be USCC employees and agents revealing confidential company information about new promotions and phone release dates.
This information is not given to the public or to be shared for two reasons.
#1: It changes... the Nokia 6255i is a perfect example of that. Customers coming in to our locations expecting to see the phone at the end of April as a lot of members alluded to were disappointed in us and felt misled.
