I don't like ANY of the current line-up of USCC phones. Mostly cuz of the annoying side-buttons. Well, the V710 is acceptable since the buttons are located up high -- out of my way. But, I don't like the half-sized #'s 2, 5, and 8 on the keypad. The answer? The sequel to the v710 is the E815. All large keys, more memory, etc, etc. So don't mess around for months and months when you KNOW ( if you read this forum ) that the whole cell-world is buzzing about the E815. Thanks. 😕

Not gonna happen, unfortunately. the E815 uses EV-DO which USCC has yet to utilize. So by the time they get it, another kickarse phone will probably be launching.

Sh%t. It's hard to find a phone w/o the side-buttons on the lower 1/2 of the phone. Looks like I'm stuck with Sprint for years and years :-(

Side buttons are great. You should be able to disable and/or lock them if you do not want to use them.

Some people like side-buttons, some don't. I HATE them. I want a nice, solid grip of my phone. No bumps. No accidental beeps. 😳

So DO something about it. For every person that expresses his/her opinion here there are thousands of customers that feel the same way. Now go ahead and take the bull by the horn. Be a hero. DO SOMETHING to correct the problem. You'll be respected by your peers. You'll get a raise from your boss AND your girlfriend !! 🤣

I stated it before and I will say it again. No wireless carrier makes the phones. The MANUFACTUER does. And only specific manufactuers sell specific phones to specific carriers. Give them a call with your requests on phones, or email them. No carrier can make them make a certain phone. Don't blame the messenger.

Everyone has a style they like, no one is right or wrong.
