OK.. I've had alot of people come in asking if we had any plans like the Everything Plan from sprint. Of course, we don't...but I was wondering if anyone else gets asked this. AND what are some sell pointers, that you use, to ry to "save the sell" ??

COVERAGE! COVERAGE COVERAGE!
In eastern iowa where i live, sprint's coverage is horrible. If you barely leave a metropolitan area you have barely any signal.

I wish I could use that one... If you look on USCC coverage map, I'm the little bitty area in Texas, Where sprint works pretty good here,

I always want to say something about CS. but say if it were a secret shop I would get in big trouble, for "dissing" the CS reps.

i gotta agree. coverage is king around here. also i say we do have an everything plan save for MMS. its $125 a month. 99+15+10

also i dont dis others cs but i do make sure i tell people that all our cs centers are in the usa and that there is one about 2 hours from us so when they do call in they are usually talking to someone from the area.

bottom line, dont say what we cant, tell em what we can!

i'm a USC rep too like cellguy30 here. and he is completely right don't tell the customer anything negative about Sprint. Out customer service is far superior to theirs and we will always do way more than Sprint would be willing too. I've sold to many customer over Sprint just based on how awesome our customer service is.

Actually in my area, Sprint gets way better coverage then USCC. USCC drops into roam almost everywhere(even in the "Wide Area" Spots, like in my area hold a USCC phone next to a Sprint phone and I'm willing to bet you that Sprint will have the better signal. Maybe its just my area.

i try to sell this.

900 min out going
Free Incoming
Nights and Weekend at 7
Unlimited TEXT
BB/WM Phone
99.99

OR 650 for 89.99
and if they don't want BB or WM then
650 w/ ee 75
900 w ee 85
so it is cheaper and i try to say : do you really need unlimited or just enough minutes to do what you want and not worry. If it is the latter then let me put you into this plan here with 900 min.....ect.... for only 85.00 or you could go to sprint and pay for something you don't even need.

same argument for rollover: why would you want rollover when you don't ever use enough min and it just keeps piling up. Every AT&T customer will say when you ask "how many rollover do you have?" "1000, 2000, 3000 or more"

So with the unlimite...

We always use "bundling" which means "I can get you text a pic mess for only $8" So we use the same principle in everything. An unlimited plan with text and pic would be 117.00. Or so on...
