IS IT JUST MY BLACKBERRY OR ALL US CELLULAR PHONE

I CANNOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES WHILE IN A CALL. I CAN RECIEVE THEM THOUGH.

IS THIS BECAUSE OF THE 1XRTT DATA BECAUSE ITS ONLY SINGLE THREADED?

THE OTHER THING, IF IM TEXTING, AND USING DATA, CALLS GET SENT TO VOICEMAIL.

it's just your blackberry. While 1xdata is single threaded which means that you cannot transmit data and voice at the same time. This does not apply to text messaging. For example you can send a text message while talking on the phone.
