My only problem with uscc is that they dont include picture messasges with the unlimited texting plan like verizon does are they ever going to have unlimited picture messaging?

well i think thats whats going to stop me from staying with uscc becuase i really am sick of paying extra for them and was hoping soon they would realize and just include it. I guess not.

This is strictly my honest opinion, but with the increase of pay as you go texting to 25 cents soon, and an increase in the family text package(as already talked about in an earlier thread), I beleive that they might be heading in that direction. Because a pictrue costs 25 cents to send right now, so if texts are going to be the same price as pictures it seems logical that this might be the direction they are going.

The only thing this company has going for it is their customer service. And if you ask me, I don't think the customer service is that exceptional. It is good, don't get me wrong, but I just got a new phone at Verizon and Reuben, my WRC, was beyond excellent. I got a great phone plan with EVDO and live TV viewing capabilities. USCC can't compete in any of the areas that they need to be a player in this industry.
Not only that, but they have been in the St. Louis/Misosuri market for over 3 years and they wonder why they aren't doing well here. I agree about being in the market in St. Louis. Honestly, every other person I know who lives in St. Louis does not have US Cellular and I have lived here for 14 years now. We are the show me state, and we are not being shown much 🙂

One of the main reasons I went to AT&T, I now have unlimited pix,txt,video and everything all for 20 bucks a month. Not a bad deal in my opinion.

I believe they do this so you are able to have unlimited text and picture messaging seperate if you wish. If it was together, I can also hear people saying "well, we don't want the picture messaging, just the text.." Just a thought.
