do you ever have someone that just doesn't "get it"...likes its so hard to figure out?? don't run out of minutes and save lots of money, and you'll still have your n&w/!

i deal with several people who i tell this over and over again yet they still can't figure it out

I've had OK success explaining it as long as you tell them up front that the TrackerPacks are modeled after a "regular" cell phone plan which has a due (cycle) date. Usually if you tell them to come in and pay the day before or on that date, they'll follow and everything will go pretty smoothly. And I also tell them that if they pay in the middle of their cycle, that money doesn't give them "minutes" it gives them a money balance that will be deducted from at 15 cents a minute during the day and 10 cents a minute during the night. Usually that frightens them or somethin' and they're more careful about their minutes and will stick to their cycle dates.

But yeah...sometimes they stiiiiiiilllllll don't get it.

Talk tracker is really not bad and in the very near future the call centers will have a "que" that users of TT can opt for. basically remind the customer that if the account is not in a positive bal they will not have service. Make sure your keeping up to date on the overage rates. $35 TP is $.50 a min and $.10 nor NW. all the rest are $.40 and as long as in positive bal can use their unlimited NW.
