i as well as my coworkers would like to thank the good people at uscc's corporate offices for giving people the whole day off at PRC, activations,credit department, as well as the corporate stores!! hope they are enjoying their bowl games and beer while we at the agent level are picking up their slack...we had no warning of this and now customers from accross town are coming in screaming and now any call to customer servive has the dreaded "extended wait time" guaranteed! but on the plus side, if there are no snags, we got your sales.!!!!

I talked to a rep today and only had to wait about one minute. What's your gripe...that they didn't tell you about the increased volume? How do you know the volume increase has anything to do with the stores?

I'm a new uscc customer so I'm interested in your thoughts since you sound a tad disgruntled. I've also not been impressed with the quality of my calls so far.

naw,,,i was just cheesed that the people that brought in at the time i wrote this decided to come in screaming at us....and that was how the day began,,,but traffic was pretty light today,.,..where are you having calling issues might i ask???

Gold Coast area around North and Clark. Only get 3 bars on my 5550. I've tried two.

and i was under the impression they rocked chi town...due to their acquisition of Prime co..i did have some reception issues with a customers 5550 a while back...i would watch the bars drop while my 4400 had 4 ..but we exchanged it for him..

First of all, before you gripe about prc, please remember that Customer service is open 7 days a week, even holidays, we pride ourselves in being there for our customers whenever possible, even on days which many competetors take time off. Do not be affraid to dial 611 for all your needs

Well, I think what he meant was that it was hard on the agents.From what I recall, that day we had problems with our system (which isn't the same USCC uses obviously, I don't want to say over the net for security reasons) and in order to run credit manually or do retentions for customers over the phone, we needed the credit que and prc. Now I didnt care that they were off, I wish I could've been off, but we could have at least been alerted so that we didn't look like idiots in front of customers. But its all over now 🙂 I can understand his/her frustration though.
