I am a customer service rep for US Cellular who made the switch from at&t. I must say that the agents in our Customer Service. Help Desk are top notch! Every call that I have made to that team has been a positive experience. Not only do they tell me what I need to do, they tell me how. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful.
