v710 Problems

I have sold two 710's in the last 10 days. In the last day, I have had both customers come in complaining about screen problems. The phone will have lines through the display and then the phone will lock up. Anyone else running into this problem?

I had that problem with my old Moto C343 (had to get it replaced after 2 months)....my husband's T731 does it once in awhile also.

Maybe it is just a Moto thing??

All Motorola's just suck. 😁 Its as plain as that! If its not a screen problem, its reception, and if somehow you escape these common problems, I guarantee you will be in within a year because the damn thing will stop charging. 🤭 Good Luck out there to all the RAZR fans out there who annoy me all day wanting to see an overpriced phone that we won't ever carry. 🙄

Well, that's your opinion. In my personal expeience I think motorola phones are actually a solid performer out there.

My manager and a fellow associate both have the v710, and neither have any problems either technical or with signal strength.
