pix message ????

so i want to get pix message on my phone but im a little confused about it. i was reading on there site and do i have to get pix message through easyedge or will simply telling someone my local store do it. and what are those programs on easyedge for ex. picture messaging or any of those other programs. thanks for the help

There are two ways your phone may be provisioned. You may have what we call legacy picture messaging on your account. If this is the case, if someone sends you a picture message, you will receive a text asking you to visit a website and use the code in the text message to retrieve it. If you have legacy, you are not able to send picture messages. The other option is for EE Picture Messaging. This service allows you to receive picture messages via the data network at no cost to you. If you have this option, you are able to send picture messages at 25 cents/message.
