Moto 1 day and it does not work
Nothing worse than getting something new and getting home and it doesn't work! I've been there before...
It sounds like it might need to have the software reloaded, but probably is defective. You've probably contacted your rep by now, but I would return it.
FYI...I got my Q at the beginning of the week and it is working great. No problems. So, taking it back and probably getting a replacement should solve the problem.
