i wouldnt go far to say they will meet their demise, you have to remember what target customers they are going after; a person who cant afford a contract, or cant get one due to being underage or a low FICO score, or those who aren't making a lot of money. i dont think they are going to care what features the phone has nor its appearance, although that is not true for every MetroPCS customer, i myself do pay attention to style and features... i think once their consumer base grows, mpcs will buy more feature-laden phones...
