its so unfair...

its just so unfair that we are receiving more and more inquiry calls, transferred calls and basically non sellabale calls but it is counted towards our daily performance...why cant all the calls that are being routed to us are more of sellabale calls? we are being measured here by our no. of calls over our no. of sales..so if for example 18 out of 20 calls are inquiries and transferred calls and just got two sales our pecentage would be just 10 percent as compared to our 25% goal..this has been the trend for the past 3 weeks...

what the hell..i maybe start packing up my things now..

haha try having to have a save rate of over 70% and other reps ruining the chance of saving the account by just pissing the customer off more by not doing their job or having reps change a plan to a single plan then transfering the call to my department... big no

Life isn't fair so just deal with it or pack it up and ship out. A post like this should have been left in the Shop Talk Forum. Yes, I am who most people think I am...I'm back....

I think it is very well related. I am a 3rd party sales rep and I am judged off of profitability for the company. They want us as sales reps to make the company money for more hours, but at the same time they stick me at the slowest store in the region. How the hell can I make anyone money if I am seeing one customer a day, at best? I am the one who is ready to pack it up. 🤨
