Return Form
Why is it so hard to get a return form emailed or sent to me? I had thought about switching to sprint, but their customer service isn't very customer friendly! Where can I get a return form? I would like to have this done before my 30 days are up.

Take it back to the store you bought it from, or any sprint store for that matter and tell them you want to return the phone. If they won't do it call customer service and tell them you are at a sprint store trying to return the phone but they won't cancel it. they should take care of it from there...

Aye, you shouldn't need a return form, just the receipt or a packing slip with the transaction number on it.
Unless you got it through a third-party dealer, in which case they may require a return form... but that's them, not Sprint.
