I was actually considering sprint. I went to the website first to checkout the phones and plans before i got my lazy butt off the couch to go actually try and sign up. The website was so awful i dont want sprint! I have alltel and i was going to port all 3 lines to sprint! The website was a pain in the butt! First i had to go through all this crap about zip code and then it told me there was a sprint store in my area and blah blah blah and then when i finally got to the phones (by the grace of GOD i got to actually see the phones!) and they only had three to choose from! Then when i went to look at plans i had to go through all this crap about my zip code again and blah blah blah did you know there is a sprint store in your area would you li...

the reason it asks for zip code is because sprint was divded into many pertners and affiliates so it wants to make sure it is showing you the right deal how mad would have been if it was cake and you ordered a phone only to find out you are with an affiliate with different higher priced plans and your phone didnt work in your area. Three phones? wtf? you have to hit different tabs to see different types of phones maybe but not only three phone even affiliates carry more tyhan three phones. if you want to see the true story of sprint go into a talk to a rep you will get 100 times better service in a store

I agree. The website is great for your account or if you want to look a the phones. I always go to a store as they are much better and easier to deal with. Not to mention you walk out with a phone vs waiting for it to ship to you!!

Plus if there's any problems with a phone or you're unhappy with it within 30 days you can walk in and exchange it as opposed to shipping it back.

Use the site for information only. Unless you're familiar with browsing a website. I personally don't find it that difficult to use and understand. Maybe it's just me.

I got my sprint phones online...ported them from cingular. had 0 problems. sounds more like user error. some people just shouldn't use the internet.

User error maybe? The website is not that bad for purchases, IMO. And, as far as account management it works pretty well. Not liking the website seems like a pretty silly reason to not try a new cell service. Like others have said, you really should go to a (corporate) store anyways, it's interactive! 😉

Why? Because you didn't pay your bill and they kept shutting off your service? Because you dropped your phone in your Kool-Aid and felt entitled to a new one for free? Because you can't spell nightmare? Because YOU went over your minutes or YOU used the web without a web plan? ONE FACT AND I'LL SHUT UP! Sheesh. 🙄

SLANDER! 😈

Still no facts, just opinions. What happened to you enjoying both Sprint and verizon? Need I say it again? Back what you say with facts or keep your .002 cents to yourself cuz no one cares... 😉 Thanks. -JM
