First of all, I am an employee for Sprint.
Which negates everything you're trying to say, Sprint CS DOES SUCK!
my comment was directed towards him, which is why i posted my comment underneath his.
either:
A) be more cautious where you make your post, or...
B) learn to decipher when people are agreeing/disagreeing with you.
actually, go ahead and do both.

On the contrary, sir! We Sprint employees deal with the squishy innards of the company on a daily basis; we have access not only to the same products, services and support resources that you do, but also the well-oiled machines behind the scenes which keep said resources available and running smoothly. You, as a consumer, are viewing the tasty candy shell and assuming the filling. We, on the other hand, know exactly what's inside this delicious morsel. We're rolling around in its chocolately goodness 5+ days per week.
If anything, our views on the company are more carefully and completely formulated, based on the wealth...

I think I can speak with the majority on this one but the impression of Sprint's CC is that it is foriegn. And not Ireland/Scotland foriegn but India/Pakistan foriegn.
There are many many people within the United States that are beginning to refuse to do business with companies that outsource when they can. Its a general impression by a stupid consumer like myself that if you get Sprint, if/when you have a problem, when the user calls they are going to get somebody they can't understand. I very rarely get someone that is foreign. However I do get them on occasion. But that doesn't mean anything. I work on a military base in the military that works in management for the exchanges. We employ many people form other countries that live here. I would say 30% are form other countries . It doesn't mean a company is outsourcing. We live in a country that no one is truly from. Except American Indians. And we can not discriminate based on race. So I am sure there are many other companies that employ people that have English as a second language.
I'm an immigrant myself. And my post has nothing to do with immigrants that are in this country. It has to do with companies that ship Ame...

And what I find amazing is that the line quality is so bad when they call. I force them to call me back on my landline, so it is not MY wireless connection. But, they are virtually impossible to understand -- not only because they are in another country, but because the line keeps dropping out. And, that is the case even for the US reps when you get one.
You would think that Sprint could make sure they had decent line quality that does not drop.
