And also, i have seen the problem if a tech declining to work on aa phone with "free" ringtones (3gforfree) b/c they were not Sprint supported software downloads and not trusted by Sprint. SO you may want to be careful! I dont worry about downloads much of ringtones im on the employee plan 😛
