Which sprint phones have the best reception? Im looking for 2 phones 1 for myself and one for my wife.

For me im looking at the a900 or the a920. For my wife kinda open, she just wants it to be small, speaker phone and if possible camera.

So out of those 2 for me and any others in the $80 or less after discounts for my wife with those options what would be the best?

Thanks

The a900 gets good reception, but make sure you buy a car charger for it. The battery life isn't the best. As far as for your wife, a sanyo 3100 sounds like her best bet.

So the 900 is better then the 920 in the reception area from your comment i take it. I can get the charger for the battery issue.

I'll take a look at the 3100 for her.

Also I noticed there is a new LG Fusic/LX-550 any comments on this phone?

we dont like LG phones. they tend to have more problems with regards to the web. other than that, not bad really.

I agree. I have the A900 and like it. I make sure to bring my car charger with me if I am going anywhere and need my phone. As far as your wife, I agree again with everyone. The 3100 is a GREAT one. It's small, has a camera and a speaker phone. Your wife would love it.

For your wife, if it's still available, the MM-8300 from Sanyo is kind of nice. Shouldn't be that expensive, either...

The 8300 is like 50-75 dollars MORE than the 3100.

BTW, get the 920, unless you're dead SET on the slim form factor, theres not one reason to get the 900 over the 920.

And yes, the 3100 would be good for your wife, it comes in 4 colors. Pink, Brown, Blue and Silver
