Hey
If you have or are getting a cellular provider please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Sprint true they do have cool phones but if you are having to continually call customer service every month and get a credit on your bill (which by the way will confuse the hell out of you) because you NEVER know what you are paying for. their upgrade policy is a joke customer service center is in the middle of the Philippines somewhere with folks who do not speak English you can't understand a word they say to you except "i will credit your bill" and if you have to take your phone to a direct store good luck. You will in some "bizarro" world where they will try to help you but not really.I got so damn frustrated I just paid the early terminati...

Funny, I've had my Sprint service for over 3 years and my bill is correct each month and I haven't had any problems with customer service. Have fun with T-Mobile and GSM. I'm staying right here.

Actually, There was an article where Sprint was debating on whether changing to GSM technology in the future...don't know if it really means anything, but just wanted to mention that.

Why would they change when they changed from GSM in the late 90's?

Their plans at this time are to fully exploit everything that the CDMA technology can provide. (EVDO release 0, then a and possibly b)

They are testing every major player for 4g service including those based on UMTS platforms. But they are not thinking of going backwards to GSM.

A little birdie flew by and told me "Sprint only charges YOU for what YOU used"!!! If you are going over your spending limit it's YOUR fault in 2 ways: 1) YOU HAVE MEDIOCRE OR BAD CREDIT! Meaning you have a spending limit you exceed and this is why your phone gets turned off. NOW, don't feel bad, I have mediocre credit too, along with approximately 72% of all Americans 😳 and reason 2) you need to tweek your plan to include what you actually use on an average basis monthly. You need to do this with ANY carrier out there!

Hello Again
I know about the "spending limit" with Sprint. Heck I used to sell Sprint in my cell store. and I understand what you are saying but my spending limit was $600 I was not complaining or "dissin" that they turned off the phone my major complaint is who has time to sit around and look at there phone bill making sure that you were billed correctly.First of all it's not user friendly it is like stereo instructions in Chinese and with all the reps giving me a "service" credit i had no idea what the hell i was really paying for then when i tried to work it out with them i couldn't understand what the hell the rep on the other end of the phone was saying to me. that is what i was saying.i have had t-mobile for years and have NEVER had ...
