That's odd. I sell Nextel and we do quite a bit of Blackberry sales here and I've never had that problem happen. It could be just a glitch in the system that just happens *sorry* attached to your account. I'm sorry you're having such a bad experience. ☚ī¸

they are in the middle of a merger/buyout they will credit you now. after it's all done you will see those credit drift away.

other than that here is what i suggest:

solution 1) have someone put a trouble ticket on it and see if the can fix it.
or

solution 2) ask to see if they can change you account number or just reset your account.

hope this helps. 🙂

I sell Sprint and Nextel and I've never heard of people having continuous problems. TRake cellularman2006's advice and get a ticket/reset the account #...

Your first mistake was calling into customer care. I have learned that if you have an issue with your account you go back to the person you bought it from "No matter how much you may or may not like them". That way you can deal with someone face to face. I have delt with this same issue through Verizon and I ended up loveing them after they fixed the issue.

I have switched to Sprint, cuz I like their phones better. Anyways, I hope that helps!

Have you verified the rate plan on your account is the want you want? That is where I would start.
