new sprint phone with IDEN and goes on sprints towers
i read that there is a new phone comming out...the phone will use sprints voice and nextels walkie-talkie (IDEN) ...thats all i kno bout the phone...im guessin motorola will make this phone sice it uses IDEN network as well...will the phone have a cam an/or video ?...will it be a flip? an will the phone have psc vision too? and all that other stuff..

Look for it in about 2 years...its in the pre-development stages right now. I highly doubt that anyone here could answer your questions as the merger just happened...

Is there going to be a Nextel phone that operates on Sprint's CDMA towers when this phone comes out? Will it be just a Sprint phone or will it be a Nextel phone too? Probably too early to tell huh? I was told by sprint customer care that in about a year they will have an IDen/CDMA phone

there will be a dual mode phone that uses the iden network for ptt and the cdma network for voice and data services.
it is supposed to come out mid or late 2006.
those are the ideas as of right now but things could change if barry finds some interesting things while testing...
