What benefits, if any at all, are supposed to come of the merger with Nextel?

improved capacity and coverage becuase they combine spectrum and towers. more functions. such as better data applications, games etc... push to talk over the cdma network (qchat) and things of that nature. better high speed applications and better high speeds; such as wimax, ip wireless, and/or ev-do rev a and other things.

basically just combine what nextel has now and what sprint has now and you will see that it will be great.

What info is outdated? I sell sprint indirect and go by the info that's handed daily to me our Sprint indirect accout executive (S Minnesota) and no I don't work at a Walmart or Radioshack.

All Sprint markets have different options and being indirect has it's limitions (No upgrades), so if I'm wrong or it doesn't match just tell me.

Cut me some slack. I'm not trying to start a flame war, here.
