TELESALES (please read)
I cant tell you how many times a day I get customers wanting to swap to their new dcs phone they got from telesales and guess what, they dont live in a dcs market!!! so now I get to got through the crap of trying to activate a dcs phone that cant support all the features. not fun at all. Also they dont want to talk to you again to get the proper phone because you already messed up! there goes my AHT!!!!!!!
The issue is that most sales reps are focused only on the immediateness of the sale, whether or not it's in the customer and their company's best interest.
