Hiring Freeze?
anyone from Sprint corp on here that knows how much longer this hiring freeze will be in effect...? Im caught in the mix and ive heard anywhere from a week or so , and then months ? Any real answers from those that know would be greatly appreciated...

Whenever customers get tired of waiting in line and stop coming in- that's when the freeze will end... right after more employees won't have much to do.

honestly, it looks like sprint over hired on the last go round and now they have to weed out all the people that they shouldn't have hired. so, until the company headcount gets back under budget i would expect the hiring freeze to continue

freeze? shoot, i wish that was the case here. sprint is closing 11 call centers in total by the end of feb...mine included. thank god we are a vendor site and we might be picked up by the people who handle norton software. nothing certain yet but im keeping my fingers crossed.
