if i upgrade to a new phone after a year do i pay 75 dollars off full price or 2 year price?

depends, are you a premier customer or not? if your not then its only $75 off the price of a phone, i have heard that if your a premier customer then you can receive discounts like the employees do. $150 every 12 months. to qualify for the premier cust you must meet certain criteria, what that is i am not sure, but it has something to do with how many lines you have and how much a month you are paying.

That will tell you if it's the $75 or $150 you're eligible for. Either way, that's off the regular price. If eligible for the $150 discount, then there are mail-in rebates on many phones.
Basically, look to see if you have the $150 eligibility then look at the new customer price. If it's just $75, then it's just $75 of full retail.
