As Customers and Employees...
What are some particular ways, Sprint could improve.
*pull out of debt/losses
*better reputation
*keep customers
*coverage
etc...

Dissolve the business and move on.
Sprint is useless. The only thing that they have going for them is the unlimited plan. But, other carriers are now catching up to that.
Sprint, Buh-Bye. You are the useless carrier that nobody want's anymore.

Keep the employees happy. The employees can make all the difference. If morale is high then customer service improves. The employees must however leave their problems at the door. If this is successful I see things improving quickly.
