Guess what phonedude2009? When the change of financial liability is done on the new person, that person would not be grandfathered in on a legacy SERO plan so one of the new ones would have to be chosen and I'm glad to say, they really aren't much of a benefit compared to the regular consumer plans Sprint now offers.

If that's the case why should the new account holder pay you not sprint directly? Am I missing something here?

How are you planning to change the contract to the new user's name?

Try swap out.

i do work for sprint. and a sero plan is offered to a specific person...it is a courtosy to have a sero plan and is not garanteed by any means to be transfered to another person. the sero price was offered to you, not the next person. also by changing ownership of an acct the new user is subject to a credit check which may or may not warrant a deposit. in doing that they're subject to a new 2 yr agreement. hense...voiding your iron clad contract. you are then in default of the initial contract which states you may not transfer ownership of a sero acct. possibly charging you an ETF

so essentially if you pay this genius, you open yourself for 2 yrs of service being new acct holder, will possibly have to pay a deposit, and probably won't even retain a current sero plan...take my advice...go to a sprint store and sign up for new service...you get reduced phone pricing and you're getting the same service w/o paying $400.00
