extremely disappointed in service please help
I've contacted them 7 times in the last 4 months for tweaking of my plan (brother in law serving over in iraq and issues with ndc on sprint)
and each and every time i've contacted cs they've always fixed it and made the changes i requested on one call and both the online and over the phone help was extremely polite and troubleshot my issue with clear purpose. I was alarmed by this.
on top of that when i have called into to cs they have all spoken english!

Sprint Nextel Corp.’s luck may be changing, at least in terms of customer service. According to recent survey results conducted by Pali Research, Sprint Nextel ranked first in response time — a significant statement for a carrier that has been raked over the coals in past customer service surveys.
The results showed Sprint Nextel answered more than 91% of calls in 30 seconds or less. Pali Research conducted the study by placing 2,500 calls to customer service during the third quarter of 2008.
