Did you get your plan figgerd out yet?
I was thinking, with 7 lines.. how many minutes do you NEED?
You could do 2 different share plans, like 2 sets of 1500, or one 1500 and one 3000, and split the lines up according to their usage.

You could get 3000 on 4 lines for 170, then 1500 on the other 3 for 110, making total bill 280.00

3000 talk/message Share for lines 1-4 - 170
1500 talk/message share for lines 5-7 - 110
Plus if you get any work discounts, that would be a big discount on that big of a plan, so where do you work?

With that, you wouldnt need to bother worrying about roam, LD, or pictures.. the TM plans come with text/pic/video mail.

Let us know, you seem like a legit customer who needs assistance, not just someone c...

For the most part your post is correct. however you cannot have 2 sets of the same plan on the same account. the reason for my response is i have been dealing with a customer that tried just that. cust care put him on 2 3000 minute plans and all ten lines shared from one plan causing huge overages and headaches.

Yes you can put two different share plans ie. one TMD and one TM. The just cannot be the same plan. Don't forget additional line 3-5 on the tmd plan are $19.99 each.

Hey,

Customer care removed the roaming charges...and added America Roaming to every line, whatever that is. One of the lines is used by a kid who moved to college. There is no sprint coverage there. He already had 200 roaming minutes this month and we were half way through.

Also, the last problem we had was data usage. My brothers wife uses her Palm Centro. She sends and receives pictures. She has the 5.00 picture mail. Yet somehow, she also had 27.00 in data usage. She said when she goes to send or recieve pics it asks her to connect to the internet. Customer care says she wont be charged data for pictures...so we are clueless how she is getting data charges. She does not do anthing else besides talk and text.

We have had sprint s...

No!!! customers have never been able to put two family plans on one account!! I have seen it done on a few accounts, but that was quickly corrected when Sprint found out. Use M&P's on SNC to learn more.

Sprint fixed our bill. They added the roaming on to the plan.

I am still confused about this picture mail though. My sister in law has the Palm Centro. When she goes to send pictures or get them...it asks her to connect to the internet. She has the 5.00 Picture Mail. Last month she had 27.00 in data charges. We don't know why. The only thing I can think of is the internet is not shutting off after sending or getting the picture.

Is a data plan also required with picture mail?
