Hello Sprint employees! My question is that if you cancel your service but decide that you want to come back. Do you have to resign up and pay the ETF or can you just get the old account activated. I cancelled my laptop card 2 weeks ago but now I am going through withdrawal lol! Thanks in advance for your help 🙂

i've resumed accounts that were canceled a couple of day before with out having to charge the early term fee. I think there is a time limit in which u can resume with out having to create a whole new line or account.

If you're reactivating a cancelled account, any rep but the absolute stupidest (And trust me, they exist) will roll out the red carpet for you.

you have 45 days from cancellation date to resume your service, you will be able to go back on to you original agreement as well, for ex if you were out of contract you can reopen with no new agreement.

as long as your account had not been inactive for more than 45 days, yes we can activate your account.

Thanks for all of your answers! I am going to call this afternoon and see about getting my laptop card reactivated. I thought I could convince myself that I could go without it but I cannot. I am a fiend for the net 🤤

3 months is the allowed time to re-open an account that has been cancelled. You will lose your number if you did not port after 2 weeks of cancelling. The air card number doesn't matter though I hope nobody cares to keep that number. That would be a good joke for a long time. 😁

You can come back and EFT will be waived. Connectile Dysfunctional Syndrome huh? It's ok, some folks have CDS and not realize it, haha
