Tired of it

Between the systems being down ALL THE TIME and the tech support reps that don't know much now (at least the last one I had). Im soo tired of gettin constantly bitched at by customers by something I have no control over it's ridicolous. Then again, that's any carrier. ☚ī¸

When I worked for Sprint the systems stayed down all the time! But your wrong all carriers DO NOT operate with systems down all the time.

Wah, there's always ways of getting around stuff, I've been doing this for years and yes every carrier has these problems but you should know there's an alternate route of doing everything,


SNAP dosn't work -Use FDT
I.S.C won't load - Call ISR, Use dealer care
My repairs are taking too long to get back-Make escalation

Come on the job isn't that hard

i work in corp retail and when iRMS goes down like right now, I use FDT and it always works.

Sadly in our store we only have Irms, it never works even on good days we have to call NSS about 1/4 people we help, so tired of it also

I really dont see whats so hard about making a solid system.

Calling things in is my least favorite thing about my job, I shoudlnt have to i should beable to do my own job.

It wasn't just SNAP it was also FDT. Sales support also couldn't access any system. Everything was down. If it were that easy there would be no problem. i couldn't even look up someones account. This was the third time this week. In this case there is no other option. 🙄

Report it to your ISR, I didn't have much of an issue yesterday, maybe for like 5-8 minutes, but you learn they do come up after a few minutes so go off of what they tell you

We chose to work here. The job isnt that hard just redundant and ridiculous. RMS sucks. Whoever invented should be shot.
